Sanremo and the Riviera dei Fiori
Sanremo is an hour's drive from our French sector and is handled on the same terms. The town mixes a very dense medieval core, La Pigna, with a seafront of villas and older blocks: two kinds of building stock, two ways of catching mould.
We remove black mould from walls, ceilings and joints, without breaking anything and without a building site. Send a photo with the town and you get the rate, the surface counted and the final figure before we travel out.

Covered lanes, houses pressed against each other, thick stone walls, very little light and almost no air movement. Black patches start at the bottom of walls and in corners, and return every winter until the room is ventilated.

After treatment we can also provide simple cleaning of the room. Cleaning is available at €25 per hour, minimum 3 hours, excluding construction waste.

Sanremo is in zone A: the minimum call-out is €150, travel included. The Italian side is closer to us than Nice, so lead times there are short.

We carry equipment and water by hand; that is normal in old Sanremo. The access surcharge, from €40, is quoted in advance from the address and never discovered on site.
With photos of every room, including the bathroom, the cellar and behind the furniture. In a property left closed, the visible mould is almost never the only mould: this is the typical case where the whole damp room has to be treated, not just the patch.
