Old Antibes
Narrow streets inside the ramparts, old buildings joined together, stone ground floors, internal bathrooms with no window. Black patches start in the joints and corners and come back every winter if the room is not ventilated.
Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Cap d'Antibes
Antibes marks the western edge of our area. Three kinds of building sit side by side: old Antibes packed inside its ramparts, the villas and gardens of the Cap, and the Juan-les-Pins residences that are largely used in season and shut for the rest of the year.
We remove black mould from walls and ceilings, treat bathroom joints, cellars and laundry rooms, without breaking anything and without a building site. Quotation from photos before we travel out.

The local building stock explains most cases. Here is what comes up again and again.
Narrow streets inside the ramparts, old buildings joined together, stone ground floors, internal bathrooms with no window. Black patches start in the joints and corners and come back every winter if the room is not ventilated.
Used a few weeks a year and shut the rest of the time. Shutters closed, moisture locked in: on reopening, mould is on the bathroom ceiling, inside cupboards and behind furniture.
Basements, laundry rooms, plant rooms and pools, watered gardens that keep the ground damp. Moisture produced below rises, and the patches surface in the rooms above.
Constant salt air, exposed homes, cellars close to water level. Condensation settles on window reveals and along buried walls.
Example of a treated surface: visible mold is cleaned, the area is sanitized and prepared to stay clean.
Before
AfterTreatment of affected surfaces with suitable products, 3-month guarantee. First pass €25 per m² of surface actually treated — not the floor area of the room, but the area we really work on — and every further pass cheaper than the one before. Visible mould needs 3 to 5 passes, an old infestation 5 to 15. Clean surfaces in the same room are treated preventively from €15/m². We clean visible mold without breaking walls, painting or heavy renovation. Rates and worked examples

We also treat cellars and outdoor surfaces — facades, plinths, terraces — from the ground, up to 4 m, on an individual quotation.
After treatment we can also provide simple cleaning of the room. Cleaning is available at €25 per hour, minimum 3 hours, excluding construction waste.
We cover the whole area.
Antibes and Juan-les-Pins are in zone B: the minimum call-out is €200, travel included. This is the furthest point of our area, so it is better to group all the rooms into a single visit.
With photos of every room, not just the patch: bathroom, cupboards, behind the furniture, cellar. In a property left closed, the visible mould is almost never the only mould, and this is the classic case where the whole damp room has to be treated.
Ask us. The method is the same, but access, ventilation and materials differ from a home: it is always an individual quotation, never at the per-square-metre rate shown here.
It is the furthest point of our area, which is why the minimum is €200, travel included. In practice it mainly means it is better to treat everything in one go rather than call twice a few weeks apart.
The service area is intentionally focused so we can stay realistic and responsive.
