Nice and its districts
Nice brings together almost every kind of mould case we see on this coast: old buildings in the Vieux Nice with no mechanical ventilation, seafront flats where salt air never quite dries out, studios rented all year round, and hillside blocks whose north face gets no winter sun.
We treat the affected surfaces — walls, ceilings, bathroom joints, cold corners, under sinks and baths — without opening up partitions and without a building site. Send a photo and we reply with the rate, the surface counted and the final figure before we travel out.

Tall, tightly packed buildings, dark stairwells, internal rooms with no window and often no extraction. The bathroom opens onto an inner corridor, moisture from the shower has nowhere to go, and mould starts in the joints before moving to the ceiling.
Salt air, windows shut through the winter, shutters closed while the owner is away. Along the Promenade and around the port we find mould on window reveals and in north-facing corners, where condensation forms first.
A studio lived in all year, with laundry drying indoors and a blocked extract vent, makes enough moisture to blacken a corner in a single winter. This is the most common case among landlords.
Up in the hills — Cimiez, Libération, Nice nord — many ground floors back onto the slope. The buried wall stays cold, air does not move, and the cellar becomes a spore reservoir for the whole building.

We also treat cellars and outdoor surfaces — facades, plinths, terraces — from the ground, up to 4 m, on an individual quotation.
After treatment we can also provide simple cleaning of the room. Cleaning is available at €25 per hour, minimum 3 hours, excluding construction waste.

Nice is in zone B: the minimum call-out is €200, travel included. If you have several areas to treat in the same flat, or two flats in the same building, it is worth grouping them into a single visit.
Yes. Narrow lanes, no parking nearby, stairs with no lift: that is normal in the historic centre. Where equipment has to be carried by hand an access surcharge from €40 applies, quoted in advance and never sprung on you at the door.
That is a large part of our work. The quotation is made from photos, access is arranged with the tenant, the caretaker or the agency, and you receive before-and-after photographs with the line-by-line calculation.
That means the cause has not been dealt with: a dead extract fan, a windowless room, or a cold bridge. We identify the cause during the visit and tell you what to do about it. Without that, any treatment lasts one season.
