Twelve towns, two zones
We cover a deliberately short stretch, between the Riviera dei Fiori and Antibes. That is what lets us stay reachable, get there quickly, and actually know the building stock of each commune instead of treating blind.
Pick your town: each page sets out the local building stock, the most frequent cases, the districts covered and the minimum call-out that applies there.
Travel is included in the minimum. We do not charge for the journey on top.
Not exactly in one of these communes but right next door? Write anyway: if it is on the stretch, we will tell you plainly whether the trip makes sense or not.
One click gives the local detail, the districts and the minimum.
Tightly packed stone at La Pigna and seafront villas: two kinds of building, two ways of taking up damp.
Sanremo pagePeriod villas with large basements, and second homes shut for half the year.
Bordighera pageA hilltop old town on one side, a high water table and rising damp in the lower town on the other.
Ventimiglia pageA sheltered bay, humidity that never drops, and a stepped old town that never dries out.
Menton pageA steep slope between Menton and Monaco: almost everywhere, one wall backs onto the ground.
Roquebrune-Cap-Martin pageHere mould comes from the air: air conditioning, ducts, sealed windows, buried levels.
Monaco pageBuildings put into the hillside, lower floors buried on one side and on the street on the other.
Beausoleil and Cap-d'Ail pageVaulted ground floors and covered streets on one side, villas with basements on the other.
Villefranche and Beaulieu pageEvery case at once: Old Town with no extraction, salt-air seafront, year-round studios, hillside cellars.
Nice page1970s and 1980s concrete: sharp cold bridges and basements over a high water table.
Saint-Laurent-du-Var pageThree levels: a perched village, the lower town on the Cagne, and an old fishing village at the water.
Cagnes-sur-Mer pageOld town inside the ramparts, Cap villas, and Juan-les-Pins residences shut out of season.
Antibes pageThe zone follows real driving time, not distance as the crow flies. The Italian side — Ventimiglia, Bordighera, Sanremo — is closer to us than Nice, which is why it sits in zone A alongside Menton and Monaco.
If the area calculation comes to more than the minimum, the calculation applies and the minimum drops away. The full rate is on the Pricing page.
Tell us your town and attach a photo of the affected area. We reply with the rate, the surface counted and the final figure.
