Mold removal without construction work
We treat visible mold stains with suitable products for normal home use. The work is focused on affected surfaces: walls, ceilings, bathroom joints, cold corners, damp rooms, cellars and store rooms. We do not break walls or provide renovation work.
What matters is how the work is done. One or two passes is preventive: the product takes off the top layer while the mycelium stays in the substrate and grows back. Visible patches, black film and light blackening need 3 to 5 passes. Old, heavy infestation needs 5 to 15 passes, with a 10-15 minute contact time after every 1 to 3 passes.
The second rule: if there has been a focus in the room, the whole room gets treated. Spores are spread over every surface, including the ones you never look at. Treating only the patch means seeing it again a month later, arriving from the wall next door. So the affected areas get the passes they need, and all the remaining surface gets a preventive treatment.
